• Unless stated otherwise, all units include bleached knots, lace customization, shampoo, deep condition, trim, and style.

• All sales are FINAL. NO refunds.

• All customized units will be made the average circumference size (22").

• For all Ready To Ship wigs and purchases, processing time will be 3-5 business days, sales may extend processing time.

• For Pre-orders shipping is 7-21 days from order date.

• Due to Covid 19, SHIPPING IS NOW 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS.

• Business days are Monday-Friday. 

• Please avoid delays in shipping by matching the shipping and billing address at checkout.
